This painting was the first one I did after coming out the other side of a major health issue. This beautiful bouquet of gladiolas from my son and daughter-in-law was waiting on my dining room table when I arrived home. They are gorgeous flowers anyway, but these were extra special. (now hung in the Gyno/Oncology ward at Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary)
